It adopts typical crank connecting rod mechanism transmission, precision slider guidance and independent special mold base to ensure reliable operation. Pressure delay function is realized to ensure high precision and good consistency of products.

The mold is easy to install and adjust. Two working modes of upper mandrel or lower mandrel positioning can be realized.

Combination of machinery, pneumatics and hydraulics, and the linear feeding and discharging manipulator can easily realize fully automation of feeding, finishing, and discharging .

Various safety devices and detection devices are equipped to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Pressure indicating device can monitor and display the peak value of finishing pressure and set high / low finishing pressure alarm signals;

Combined friction clutch /brake are adopted, sensitive and reliable.

The electrical system is controlled by imported PLC programmable controller. The stoke and frequency are controlled by the frequency converter, with emergency stop, inching, single operation, and continuous operation.

Additional functions can be added according to customer requirements.
