Yangzhou PRS Forming Equipment Co.,Ltd, founded in 2021 with registered capital of 15 million yuan. By acquiring the former powder forming equipment project of the technical cooperation between Yangzhou Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd. and Japan MIE company, and taking over the original technology, production, quality control and management team of the PM equipment division of Yangzhou Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd, to establish the new independent Yangzhou PRS Forming Equipment Co.,Ltd. PRS now has 28 employees, including 8 R & D personnel.

Relying on the perfect system, professional R & D team, scientific production operation and strict quality control system formed by Yangzhou Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd since 2008, PRS will focus on the research, development, manufacturing, marketing and service of PM compacting press, finishing press, and related equipment and supporting automation system, and is committed to providing one-stop service with professional consultation, comprehensive planning, personalized design, manufacturing and subsequent improvement.

Products of PRS now include 6 series, FSP, FSP-H, FPC, FSA, FSB and FSE, and more than 30  varieties of specification, with forming pressure capacity  range  from  6 ~ 1000 ton and  sizing press capacity range  from  25 ~ 500 ton. The forming efficiency of H-type high speed forming press can reach 35 pcs/ min. The die set include A-type(upper-1-lower-1), B-type(upper-1-lower-2) and C-type(upper-2-lower-3), which can be configured upper-3-lower-4 and specially customized for complicated components.

Main customers of PRS are mostly well-known companies in the industry, such as: Porite, GKN, Miba, Federal Mogul, Hitachi, ATG, PLANSEE, BLEISTAHL, Chongqing Huafu, and Jiangsu Eagle-Globe,etc. The products are exported to Europe, Japan, Brazil, India, Thailand, and Taiwan. Sales of equipment have reached more than 1,000 units, which have been highly trusted and praised by customers in powder metallurgy, ceramics, cemented carbide, magnetic materials, electric carbon and other industries.
